We’re Hiring: Health Information Manager

Duties:

Create and launch of franchise model for Manatee dental to help achieve goal of opening multiple dental locations around the state of Florida by developing technical infrastructure, creating operational SOP’s and patient management system.
Review and implement EMT system to have better patient management under HIPAA laws and by protecting PHI(Patient health information) under applicable laws.
Create operational, technical, and marketing SOPs for the organization and ensure all structure and processes aligns with companies’ growth plan.
Identify and research growth opportunities in Tele Health space and further work towards the development of virtual platform under applicable HIPAA and PHI (Patient Health Information) guidelines.
Design remote health care hubs so that patients can access dental doctors statewide.
Develop business development side of the business by establishing technical bridges between Manatee Dental and other applicable dental offices. To have a more efficient referral management system.
Help business expand its business operations into living facilities such as Assisted living facilities by creating a technical and operational workflows.
Improve vendor management by adding more control points and work with billing departments to ensure the insurance reimbursements are managed properly to support less AR for the company.
Provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff on how to further optimize their process and efficiency by adding more technically advanced workflow supported by the technical infrastructure developed.
Build and implement a patient communication management system to ensure data protection and more efficiency in clinical operations by more effective virtual communication.
Develop budgeting for each clinical location to ensure the monthly expenses are controlled and managed more effectively by using tools such as Inventory management, AR Management, and payroll management tools.
Ensure a higher protection of PHI (Patient Health Information) by supporting implementation of secured database and establishing a higher secure hierarchy of database.

Education:

Master’s in Business Administration
Foreign Education Evaluation: Not Accepted.

Experience:

Six months experience in the job offered or as Business Development Analyst, Sr. Product Specialist, or closely related occupation. Six months of experience to include six months experience in:

Hours:

Number of hours per week: 40
Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M.
